H22a vac box question
 

On the back side of the motor bolted to the underside of the intake manifold is a little black thingy. With 1 plug and like 3 or 4 vac lines comeong from it. I want to trash it but not sure what it will do. Any one have any ideas? Here is a pict of the motor when i first got it. Its the only pict that shows the thingy.

its the vac control box for the iab's. The h22 has 4 butterflys that open up around 5500 rpm and they open up because of that box. Leave it...unless u know what ur doing
