What are you talking about? 99% of the time lowering springs require you to remove the bump stop. It doesn't "hold" anything. It's just the little foam piece on the strut shaft. You can remove it or just cut it shorter. Also, you asked about all those coils touching at the top. That is perfectly normal.

I used teg suspesion on my del sol, never had a problem or visually displeasing. del sol was 2400lb while the gat is 2900ish lb.

i have this same setup on my crx.......and i n otice i have the exact same problem

i have 4.5 fingers gap on the rear fenders , installed everything as per instruction

and i notice the clunking sound too...... at first i thought it was my loose hanging muffler


psycho_vince: did u get to solve it? i'm hunting down whats the problem myself.......

i have gutted interior as well and never thought it could affect this much.....

did u remove the gold/silver dust boot stopper right above the bump stop?

The instructions specifically said leve the bump stops in tact, so I did. I didnt change anything, and it still rides the same. Ive got about 1500 miles on it now, and no settleing. I didnt think it would settle but oh well. I checked part numbers on the struts, they are correct for my car. The sway bar is the factory Si sway bar that I never touched. Im still at a loss as to whats going on. Im half tempted to cut a coil or two off the dead ones that dont do anything.
