If martial law were declared in America, all the liberal hippy faggots would get fucked by the govt. forces, and those "crazy gun-totin 'publicans" would band together for an armed resistance. They would be labeled as terrorists, though refer to themselves as freedom fighters.

All that bill does is create a commision to study ways to prevent homegrown terrorism, and add yet anouther department to the Dept. of homeland security, i'm interested to see what they put in their report though, probably some kind of internet police or other form of surveillance. I wouldn't panic until they start taking peoples guns away from them.
