The hatch is very clean from what i see..I would pull your NOS kit and do it.

Im going to go look and drive it today to see what i think. one good thing is i have a massive 20g that will bolt up to the hatch

that hatch is pretty f'ing clean, i'd say its worth about 4k. definately worth the trade. sell the motor locally to some ricer cuz its JDM y0 and pick up an LS and make it ls/vtec

Keep the sedan, fix up the body and throw the K20 in it. everyone has a hatch, when I see hatches in my city it makes me sick seeing how no one can be original anymore.
Nobody expects a sedan to rape them in a race, this is the reason you should keep it, its a much better sleeper than the hatch.

Sedans have alot of potential, here is mine incase you havent seen it.
