nice.....looks like hours of staying up late playing guitar hero again.....damnit i just got over the last game.....i don't think i can afford for all my buddies comming over and eating an drinking all my food again for weeks at a time.....damn leechers..

is it out for ps2? im gunna go get it payday. might have to pick up a new guitar too, i rocked out too hard on mine and broke the wammy bar on both and one completely took a ---- on me. it doesnt work period.

Played it at Walmart. Yup it's guitar hero. They need a new Gibson cause I'm tired of the Explorer and the SG. They need Acoustic guitar hero! :6 lol One thing I don't get is how they can have "he Devil Went Down To Georgia" on guitar hero. It's a fricking fiddle he's wailing on...not a ------- guitar. Yeah there's a guitar in the song but it's the fiddling that makes that song. :3

This version comes with a Gibson Les Paul.

I've noticed that they did a great job modeling the mouths, you can actually tell what your lead singer is singing. It's not just open and closing mouth.

Never played Guitar Hero, but I played Guitaruman (I think it's called that) on a Japanese PS2 a few years ago and hated it. Maybe Guitar Hero is better, but that game was mad gay.

I haven't bought or played gh3 yet, but through the Fire and Flames isn't going to be as difficult as Jordan, solo B and C in Jordan are the reason why it's the most difficult song to date... (excluding custom songs of course)

Oh and the guy in the Jordan video (HellAshes) is the closest person to FC'ing Jordan (FC stands for full combo, 100% notes hit on the song without over strumming). His best run he only missed 1 note on this song, which is flipping insane if you know anything about guitar hero.

Check out www.scorehero.com if your a guitar hero player, they have a pretty cool forum and you can also list your scores online and compare with other people.

What do you mean you can only get 85%? Once you get to the bnof (blue note of freedom), which is at 60% right after the end of solo C, the rest of the song isn't hard at all. Once you get to that point save up your star power for solo F and the bridge, and you should be golden.

It's addicting, defintely fun when your having partys. You can make custom song for the ps2 also, and there are already so many out there it's rediculous (sign up for scorehero if you want to check them all out). Here are a couple funny and crazy songs...

you ever notice after playing this game too long that every thing you see is all wavy when you look away from the screen this game will suck you in and make you crazy :S

Yes! I looked at my dog after I played a long song and it seemed like I was looking at her through a camera and constantly zooming out, but she wasn't moving :S

is it just me or when you hear a gh2 song on the radio do you try to play along with it? and bbka i think you got a little too into it, bnof? i have owned all three older ones since the day they came out and i have never heard someone get as technical as you. you must really love the game.

I haven't had a real 9-5 job in over 10 months, so all I do is go to the gym, play video games, and drink beer lol... give me a break! :P

Oh and the most I ever played was 8 hours straight, I never noticed anything being wavy after that...
