GSR Throwing Code 14 and 21

just put my turbo on my gsr about 2 weeks ago or whatnot and i threw a code 21... drove like that not really pushing it, then i bought a skunk 2 manifold and now i am throwing code 14. yesterday we noticed that my vtec wire got cut so we wired that back up and it ran good. but im still throwing code 14 (iacv)

and as i was driving home yesterday... the engine like would go off for about half a second sometimes and back on. and also, while i was on the highway at about 3- 3500 grand, i noticed that my vtec cracked on randomly.

i have a vafc2 for now, and i have a basemap for my car at the same time, i am using the vafc2 because without it i would lean out tooo much. vtec is still set at 4700 on the vafc2. i dont know why it would ramdomly crack into vtec at that low of an RPM though. HELP?!?!

any ideas on the code 14. i tried to clean it out didnt help.

one last thing, i noticed that when i start my car (cold) it idles at 800-900... and 1500 when it warms up. im confused on why its like that. vaccum leak maybe?? idk.

any help is apperciated!! THANK!

the car is a 95 civic with a JDM GSR.
using Crome (basemap)

since im not throwing the vtec code anymore im just worried about code 14.

i think the IACV is either broken or air is in the coolant lines.

hopefully i can get a tune also so i can get rid of the stupid vafc.... :7

check your wiring again. did you use butt connectors or solder the wires?

Think about it. You changed your intake mani and then you got code 14. Probably fucked another wire too. Or you swapped the IAT plug with the IACV plug. <------ Such a NOOB mistake. But hey, mistakes mean you are learning. :S

any ideas on why my vtec cracked randomly?? might be my wireing... but before i was boosted it was running fine and everything. maybe a wire just came loose i guess.

Asking questions is not noob thing to do. If you don't know and you have searched and searched and cannot find an answer, then by all means ask away. It's just switching those plugs is a very common mistake.
