the si, cause you already have the head for LS/v or CRVtec and you can sell the stock block when you have it out. i wish i had gotton an SI

i personally like the civic si better, the power difference is not alot at all and ---- a turbo would fix that problem in a hurry...

They are both heavy pigs. I like them both, but the GSR is just so tempting. I think I would rather have the GSR motor in the Si, but if I realy had my choice I would put the GSR motor in a DX. I guess that realy doesn't answer the question so I would say the GSR for a more luxury ride and a better motor.

GSR deffinitely. They made them longer so you can get a slightly older one for a lot less plus they're more common so you should be able to find a better deal on one.

i use to have a teg and swore that civics were gay, and tegs were the only car i would drive. well, when i was able to afford a gsr, i bought a 00 si instead?? i don't know why. i hang with gsr's all day, i may not win, but they'll never get a full car length on me. however, the interior of my si is kind of cheap, the only real difference between a regular civic is the seats, shift knob, and cluster. 00 si has nice ass lines though! i love how it looks from the front ;D

well if u want ur car less likely to be stolen buy something like a DX or CX and put whatever engine u want in. ------- car thieves these days have GSR's at the top of their christmas list and Si's soon after. go ahead and rip out ur interior and kick in every body panel too.....less likey to be stolen because it will looks like someone already has......lol ;D ;D ;D ;D

what tha hell? the both heads make for a good ls/crv vtec motor.

id get the gsr and when i get tired of it, pull the motor, make the shell "disappear" and drop that motor in a hatch on boost.
