GS-t VS Saleen stang

it was HIN tonight and cops where everywhere giving out modified exhaust tickets (no such law in florida but yet theyre still giving out tickets)

anyways, we saw a dumbass in an infiniti q or whatever that coupe is try to drift a u turn and spin out then almost back into the other group of infiniti's then he blocked up traffic because he had to back up in order to not scratch his 20 inch rims.

so anyways my tranny grind is now a non existent 2nd gear (i <3 honda trannys) so im riding with my friend in his gst

brand new big 16g, 3 inch downpipe straight pipe. steady 15 pounds without spiking.

oh, the year BEFORE crankwalk

were coming home, hes bugging out about cops cuz he got an exhaust ticket, and a stupid license plate-frame-covering-the-state ticket leaving HIN. duh.

this h23 lude is bugging him the whole way so he finally hits it and we pull away from the lude to see this black convertible Saleen mustang, and this guy is in 2nd going 45.

yum. we get up next to him and he nails it and slows down, and im like do it do it do it do it peer pressure.

he floors it and blows off right next to the saleen and the guy is chirpin the tires jumping forward ready to run so we both get in the right gear and let off and slowly start to hit it till both of us are at full throttle...

the saleen jumps forward and were at 35, by the end of 2nd we are head to head, yeah i ------- said it, call me a liar whatever

i dunno what gear hes in but were in third, and hes ahead but at this point it doesnt matter because third gear is like the Hulk rollercoaster at universal studios (you probably dont know what thats like) whatever car is ahead, by the end of third gear they are always behind

i hear his blow of valve and feelt that peaking point and i look over and the saleens at our rear bumper..

we get up to traffic and the light, and im like nice saleen, and the guys like.... nice eclipse. :o

my friends like, whatever he wasnt trying, and im like dude, thats what everybody always says but he definately was trying, thats just a lame excuse people use when the odds are against them

this is not impossible to happen right? i mean ---- maybe the saleen wasnt a real one, or maybe he wasnt trying, or maybe he couldnt drive

but im pretty sure this dsm just whooped a saleens ass. :y

right... so bs then? :l
im not 100% sure myself but he runs steady 13.4's on shitty tires best 13.2

and that was 11 psi when he spiked to 15... now its steady 15

edit: the more i think about it, the more i think im right.

Quarter mile doesnt matter from a roll, trap speed does.

Fixed you ------- douchebag. Learn how to tell a god damned story, no one wants to read your engrish bullshit. Oh, IIRC, the base Saleen is a GT with a body kit and exhaust, so it sounds like something is wrong with your friends GST. Should have beat him by more than that unless it had some other mods.

I raced a Mustang a while back and it was the normal body style that is popular like '01ish or whatever and it said GT500 or something on it. What is that? I've never even heard of it. Was slow though, that's for sure. :l
