I haven't posted in a long time, but with good reason. Finally got into Kuwait after a long bullshit pre-mob training session. Place is actually pretty nice. Leaving to go into Iraq fairly soon. Most definately will be checking the forums more often now that internet is easy to come by. Also, i'll try and get the pictures of my block and head posted for you all to be jealous of. <3 from the sandbox.

Funny I just got here as well, probably on the same camp starts with a B. any way yeah back for the third time it’s hotter that hell with fans on here. and every where i look i see sand :8 uggggh

yeah, I'm at that camp as well. I try not to go outside during the day. Our tent stays pretty cool.

are you camp afifjan? or camp victory? I forgot the other one it next to the port. kuwait is a beautiful place, spend 3 weeks on the way to Iraq, and 3 weeks on the way back home. I assumed that ya'll replacing my former unit 1st ID.

why the hell would you want to do that? ruin some fucken girls life. she'll have to go back to her family and tell them that she has been foul'd. her brothers or father will in turn kill her for the shame she has brought to her family. if her family doesnt kill her. she'll have to comit suicide. if she doent kill herself she'll be bantered and beaten weekly by her community she lives in. and only to come home to the banters of depression her own family will give her. if she keeps it the secret to her self the man her father marries her off to will find out she isnt a virgin and personally kill her and hold her family responsable for it.

Wow that was ignorant. Sorry to break the bad news but we are here to help. Bad people will do bad things, but ---- we are not storm troopers we are Americans and everyone I know wants to do well and help to settle the area, I really can’t begin to break down how complex all the factions are in this area of the world and the magnitude of the job at hand but I can say that the average time to succeed in a counterinsurgency is 9 years and we have really only been at this for three. So give it some time and let the soldiers that are willing to put the effort out and place themselves in danger give it a go.
