guys thanks for all the suport, he always says he will ship it out and never dose, he just now told me he is waiting for injectors because he needs some type of fuel managment, but he posted his stuff for sale almost 3 months ago, is it just me but if you have something for sale shouldnt you sell it, not keep it untill when ever you want?? he should of only posted it when he was ready to sell. ill find out if it is the same guy that helped you out, i dont know him so i cant talk ---- but comone he has my money, and i dont have anything ive been waiting for 2 months now. also it was an xmas gift from my mother, she still asks about it and is pissed it never came in, now she dosent trust people online and dosent want me to use her credit card to order. anyone know Greddycrx get him to send my stuff. im sick of waiting!!!

greddycrx lives in el paso, tx an hour away from me. Jung had some trouble with him and I offered to help him out. I would offer this time but I honestly don't have a car that I can trust that far, my b16 has been ------- up lately, I guess when you overrev so many times the engine doesn't like you anymore.

Well i have been waiting for over 4 months. He has over $400 of my money and keeps saying he will ship. I just want my money or my stuff i dont care which. Im 17 and broke as hell. I spent everything getting all the stuff i need for my car and this is all im waiting on.

Im allways a little suprised when I read threads like this. Have been doing business online for years now and never ever have had a big problem.
Here are some simple rules.
1. Use paypal.
2. Set a limit in your mind i.e. if I dont see the parts by 8 weeks Leagel action follows.
3. Contact Pypal and have his account frozen. Or contact your credit card company.
If somebody cant meet thier shipment time frame they should be willing to return the money at the very least.
Talking to the person just lulls you into acepting longer and longer delays. Use e-mail. Give them 2 warnings and then take action.
Here are some simple rules.
