your fucked - best thing you can do is at like 4 in the am ---- up the sign some how that doesn't make it seem as if it was intentional. (borrow a friends truck and ram that sign)... not too much.. when the sun is out take a pic ...go to court and tell them some one bent it back but it was worse. .. ticket dismissed ..next

Have your INS fix the windshield, weld a god damned resonator on your nasty *** sounding honda i4. appear to the judge and say that the officer was simply looking for things to be a jerk about... As in your pissy window crack not blocking the field of view (take a picture). and like all honda's, your muffler rusted out after afew years. Which you have since replaced.
