WTF here in ga you gotta get 15 or over to get any points or anything done to your record.

i got a 14 over and the cop was like.. your lucky, since you have a clean record, ill lower it to 14. so i just had to pay like 125 bucks and i was set.

If you have buddies at a shop, you can get them to site you a default or whatever the ---- it is called. Say your speedo was off by two miles an hour, and that you were really only going 36. Or it was 1mph off and you were only doing 37. I'm sure even if you go to court as 3over though nothing will happen. I eamn cummon, a point for 3mph?
