Its far from a car. And yes. Lift kit. Go on some of the Forester forums, there is a ---- load of them with lift kits. Now when I say lift kit I don't mean this:

http://www.keldermanairride.com/lift...e=full&id=1416

I mean something like this:

http://www.corelbay.com/images/subaru1.jpg

Thats a 50mm strut lift kit made by scorpion. Pretty much a spacer that goes in between the strut and the body.

Oh and for the record, Subaru's make one hell of an off road/trail car. Obviously I'm not going to rock climb in it but it definitely will stand up to some sand dunes.

Was those pics taken in Port Stanley by the Little Beach? I want to take the Nitro out and see what its got but i don't know any good trails around St. Thomas.

Yes it was Port Stanley. I guess the big oil drums gave it away? Definitely a cool place to hang out for the day. Off roading, Fishing off the rocks, walking around. You can bring your seadoo or in my case the 72" Gas R/C boat I'm building.

that'd be ------ saweet. its nice to see people take their subaru's offroad. i mean, they are meant to get the piss beat outta them. on the other hand, if i bought an STI, i would be keeping that thing fairly shiny ;D

None. They were both replaced recently.

Here is a bit of info about this car. The first owner had it on lease and took great care of it. The second owner bought it off lease and she always had it serviced at the dealer and we have all of the service records. The lady recently passed away due to cancer so this car was part of an estate sale. We picked it up cheap with a tonne of new parts, new head gaskets, new timing belt, water pump and rear wheel bearings.

So they wont leak for a long long time. and if they do I'll change them so its no big deal. I've worked on boxer motors before.
