Well i purchased my audi 5000 intercooler off ebay at the begining of Jan, and still haven't recieved it yet. THe guy hasn't responded to my 5 emails in the last 3 weeks, so needless to say i'm pretty pissed, i paid by money order btw. Has anyone had a similar experiance, if so what did you do, i really don't even care if i never see the money, i just want to make sure this ------- ---- doesn't get away with it.

 

How long has it been since you sent it out ,you can go to ebay and form a fraud complaint or something like that but it has to be with in 90 days of the purchase/ ebay auction ending. I hope you get the bastard it happended to me as well ,damn stupid *****.

Yeah you proly got screwed... I always use paypal so you at least have some way to track everything. I have read another post in these forums about paypal ripping people off too so I guess you just have to be carefull who you by from. I am not sure if you can do anything about it though... I guess just send an email to ebay and let them know the guy ripped you off and doesn't respond to emails.

 

Well thats the thing, he has like 190+ positive feedback, and only one neg like a year ago, i'm gonna give him a few more days, he may be on vacation or some ----, hopefully it's just a mix up or something.....

 

i was selling a shelby/daytona intercooler and this guy bid then emailed saying he didn't want it. i told him to retract his bid through ebay per their policy. the fu#k didn't and won the auction. i've given him a week to make good, but he insists that he isn't. reporting him to ebay. why do there have to be these a##holes on ebay?

did you pay by POSTAL money order? check and see if it has cleared (hopefully you still have your stub). if he has cashed it and hasn't sent, you may be able to get the postal inspector involved (mail fraud). definately report him if he refuses to respond. good luck.

 

Contact a fraud place or get his *** off ebay and make him lose that feedback..I paid for a catch can about 5 months ago and havent got it yet..I contacted ebay and had him took off there, he had like 300+ feedback and few negatives..

 

I think you should list his address on HMT, then the nearest member can go wack his ***. HMT Mafia style.

 

thats pretty bad situation u got into. WIsh its not what u think its gonna be. ONe more reason, i dont shop on ebay.
