he used his credit/debit card... i think they took it directly out of his account.

right now he is having a friend who is either a computer tech. or engineer, look into tracing the email.

i emailed the person to ask if they still had the turbo kit for sale, and to see if there were any other parts available (from the wrecked car) but I didn't get a response. I wanted to see if the person would try to sell the kit to me also and pull the same thing with that fake email.. which I will have to post online tomorrow.

debit card eh? call the bank and say it was a scam. What he shoulda done instead of reporting to ebay was to report to his bank that his card was lost/stolen.

What bank does he have?

email him about the seats under a differnet ebay name. tell him your from nyc also, ask if you can pick them up. its gotta be the same person
