camaro and hondas are different. Well he didn't say honda, but still.
I can see it done in big cars with big engines, and no room for ---- in the engine area, but not for our usual projects.

On that camaro video we just saw the car accelerating, in my opinion kinda slow, but it sounded like it had a turbo spooling, of course. I have not seen yet actual numbers on any of those types of kits

....and the point of it was?

It can't be any better than the normal with all the extra charge piping and the turbo being so far away from the exhaust pulse. By the time the exhaust gets to the turbo it's cooled down and lost all it's velocity.

The only upside I see to it would be the fact that if you pop the hood you can't see a turbo. If you hide the charge pipes well enough it would look like a stock engine bay.

hmm i would think the acceleration wouldent be as good because of the LONG journey the charge piping will have to go thru ??? i think its a waste of a turbo

there is absolutely no reason to do this on a Honda. There is so much room under the hood in a Honda so you can keep the turbo where is belongs with maximum mass flow rate to the turbine. And no fucked up 10 foot charge pipes and fucked up return lines.

I would like to see you mount a turbo in front of your climate vents on the dash and then route a charge pipe throught the firewall to the TB, if you turn your heat on, you'd make 6 psi at least!!!
