if your talking about the blue one that run around uptown I had a lil run in with him. I was goin down westgate about lunchtime and he descides he want to ride my ass to try and get around me so i just hit the breaks on him then he trys to pass me. Didnt happen i think we played his lil "game" till i turned on my road.

He still had the R32 as of a couple days ago, when he was threatening Trav-ASS because Trav-ASS didn't want to race him with how crazy he was acting. Trav-ASS wants to ---- him up, can't say I blame him.

Actually, I believe Chuck has an R32, tall lanky 40 year old with a fucked up haircut "so no one mistakes me for another run of the mill balding jackass," he lives over in Oakley. I also saw a kid dumping oil in his, it might have been silver but I believe it was blue, last spring across throm Biltmore Square.

This guy's made his presence known in the last month, to myself and numerous people, so it might be a new acquisition.
