Default lowering springs good deal or bad deal

i was looking on ebay for some lowering springs and saw these NEW MRC Performance Lowering Springs 92-00 Honda Civic and wanted to know if there any good or are they piece of ----. i can't seem to find any kind of info on them so i need some help please

king motorsports has H&R race springs for $150. Cant beat it. Dam good spring for the money. There sport spring could probably handle a stock shock...though, wouldnt recommend it.
