I would 1st off like to thank Mike Laskey of Laskey racing. Thank you for doing such a wonderful job on this block for me. Dan Benson for the awesome sleeve job.

Why do you use LS crank and rod? gsr's are not stronger or at least more balanced?

if i remember right the LS has a longer stroke, think it is like 89 where the gsr is like 87

pretty sure there both the same? same displacement +same bore = has to have same stroke

They do not have the same displacement.

The LS rods are slightly longer and the stroke is slightly longer.

GSR blocks displace 1797cc and the LS block displaces 1834cc.

what pistons and how do the longer stroke with the long rods affect c/r?
