First KO of my life and I was the receiver. Just during a sparring session using 12oz gloves.. had headgear.. I am 150lbs bout 5'10.. he is about 280lbs about 6'3. I was holding my own until he switched up his stance.. and I leaned into a straight left.. Went out until I hit the ground. Dont remember the shot but I remember the fall, and my head snapping back on the springboard floor. everyone in the class was telling me about it. Pretty proud of myself actually I enjoy getting hit, just rambling. Anyone else been knocked out?

4 times. each time by someone who was less than 200 pounds. i've never been under 290 since i started sparring.

Never got knock out. I have knock out a few people; it feels good to see them go down

That sucks. I haven't sparred in years, I've only done grappling recently. I did get caught with an elbow one time when I was taking someone back and they spun around. That ---- hit my dead center on the jaw and my jaw joints were sore for a week. Other than that, no KO or near KO.

been ko'd once by a guy and almost ko'd my self once.
i hit myself in the face trying to loosen a pain in the *** bolt on my wife's car. it almost got me. i saw stars and had to take a walk.

Got a solid fist without even knowing it , out numbered by 4 to 10 , upper jaw haha.
Felt light headed , was pretty wasted at the time so no real pain

never been knocked out but i have been stunned. I recover quickly though. good fighter i fought with caught me good with a snap kickc
