about 65% of the federal budget is spent on welfare right now, in many different forms. thats about 3x more then is spend on "defense"

The solar field (or thermal energy storage system) supplies the hot, heat transfer fluid (HTF) to the power plant. The heat transfer fluid passes through a series of shell-in-tube heat exchangers to generate the high-pressure steam that runs the Rankine steam turbine. The cold heat transfer fluid is then returned to the solar field (or thermal energy storage system).
Sun comes down, mirriors direct heat to bioler top, bioler makes steam, steam fed to power plant to turn turbine. simple.

I was referring that using coal to biol water to provide steam to spin turbine. Don't twist my words.
