got a drill stolen from me at work today

so it was a 14.4v ridgid cordless, good quality drill, i left it HIDDEN in the back of the carwash at work, in a bag, on top of ----. i forget its there when i leave, and come back to find the bag on the ground, ---- moved around, panel boxes open, etc. the HVAC guy saw someone non-employee walk out of there, and theres cameras on the doors

What do you do for work? I had an entire bucket full of tools, including my belt stolen and I sure would like to get ahold of the cock sucker that took it. :7 That's how I make a living, how I support myself.....and some shithead decided to take that away from me to put an extra couple hundred bucks in his pocket or some extra tools in his collection. :3 I ------- hate theives.

its ONLY a 14.4v rigid drill. anyone thats used them knows that they pretty much own anything short of 24v drills, ive twisted the drill into my wrists 2-handed on occasion, and that takes a LOT. the only other thing ive done that with was my dads 10amp 1/2" drive black and decker double handed drill.... fucker is 30lbs and takes at least 150lbs of person to hold.

but yeah, that drill is sweet. manager said shes gonna go over the tape tomorrow when she gets in, and gonna let me watch it too. manager + the HVAC guy that saw it are pretty good friends, been like that since kids, and the hvac saw who it was, so he should be able to verify what the ---- looked like.

not a big fan of rigid at my job, mostly just dewalt and makita.

but yeah, i get stuff stolen at my job all the time, if your not wearing your tools, they better be locked up, not hidden.

-----. I man handle hole hogs all day long. I'll put that fucker in low and drill a 3" hole through titanium reinforced hardened steel if I have to. I've actually broken hole hogs in half in low gear drilling wood. I now use a Makita "hole hog" and it's a ------- cadillac compared to the Milwaukee pieces of shits.

For cordless ---- I use DeWalt. I've had the same drill and sawzall for close to 4 years now. Best investment I've ever made. :y

Ive heard rigids are badass drills but I dunno if its true but I've heard that some came with bad chucks (not verifeid I just heard this). But as far as dewalts concerned I know a guy that had two chucks go out on both his drills within a week but other than that (happened six 7 months ago) there ---- gets used pretty much on a daily basis and no problem. Ive heard bosch makes a good product to, used man of there sawz alls.

Hmm I have been using tools everyday since I was 6 so thats 15 years. You probably own a bunch of Autozone chink made bullshit. Every "high end" Makita I have owned was a piece of ----. I have had the same Milwaukie drive for about 10 years now and that thing has been droped off the side of the boat in salt water, droped 30 feet off staging, and still works like new. So you can stick to sucking your boyfriend off. Obviously you dont know ---- about tools.

Re: got a drill stolen from me at work today

My Makita hole hog has been running fine for over 2 years and it gets abused on a daily basis. I refuse to use Milwaukee hole hogs because they are pieces of ---- and I don't want to get blamed for them burning up every couple weeks. I've smoked quite a few of those piles, but my trusty Makita takes a beating and keeps truckin. :)

i dont know, but i ahve a ton of tools, and all of my cordless is dewalt. boss bought riged but the lifetime waranty is a bitch to get serviced, no where close to get it done. the rigid drill is a beast, so is the cordless saws. but they are a bitch to get serviced, and we seem to wear tools down fast.. the new dewalt cordless ---- is supper strong, but i want the 36v kit, i think... i bet they have some power. and riged corded drills are the ----, with the clutch and what not, but the chuck key they come with breaks, and iv yet to find a nother that works with the chuck right,

and i have $10,000 in tools, in my shoe. :1

As far as cordless ---- goes...I own Dewalt,Makita, and Royobi. I have had a few issues with my Makita drills, but they were things like the eddy brake no longer working, or the trigger becoming sketchy, but it was usually after about 3-4 years of use and at that point, the batteries are junk and I just buy a new setup. I have "used up" one of my Dewalt cordless screwdrivers and the Ryobi stuff was free and I hardly use it. I have a Milwaukee router that I really like and it owns the other two routers that I have, but neither of them are dewalt or makita. I would actually like to have one of the big dog porter cable routers. Oh yea, I just ordered a Bosch pivot driver, the thing has some serious torque capabilities for such a small unit. It was driving 3 inch screws into wood like butta :y
