Last night went out to the local races.. then left back to are meet spot and found a mustang and 240 to race... So we went back just the 3 of us. Well someone had reported street racing at that spot.. We got 2 races in when someone yelled COPS so i ------- took off. We all went different ways but they decided to chase me (of course) im in a honda.. after about 5 minutes of chasing i got cornered in a coldisack and shut the car off.. But they found my ***.. And after antagonizing the ---- out of me and my girlfriend... arrested me but later released me, impounded my car..

So here i am with a street racing ticket, and a misdemeaner (spell check) and my car is impounded for 30 days...

What sucks is i wasnt even racing at the moment we just all took off together because the cops came.. But they said it looked like i was.. ------- bullshit.. so basically now im fucked..

i got busted similar to you about 6 years ago at METRO in MD.. i wasnt racing at all and had no plans to race but was were the illegal activity took place and was banned from there for 1 year i couldnt even be a passenger and go through PG county or i woul dbe heavily fined and do jail time.. honestly just ------- man up and take care of the ticket/court whatever and dont so stupid ---- like that.. if you want to race go to the track and you dont have to worry about getting tickets and ----..

if the cops really did "chase" you for 5 min than didn't you get off easy with just a street racing ticket?

Should have saved it for the track! But guess what ---- happens and you got baged up! How much is the storage per day on your 30 days, <<<<< that ---- is the worst part its $24 per day at my impound yard. Think of all the $$$$$$ you have to pay now for being stupid! Like i said. damn that sucks. but sorry to say you were definitely doing something wrong. don't kid yourself thinking otherwise. you got in 2 runs already, so you WERE street racing. 2 when you guys took off, it's could be pushed as street racing but would be an exibition of speed at the minimum because for a damn sure you didn't just cruise off the line. 3rd you were more than likely speeding when you were trying to get away, no way were you cruising at 35mph. 4 you were TRYING to get away. 5 you took your girlfriend with you, that was reckless endangerment.

if all you got was a speeding ticket, your car imponded, and a slap on the wrist. i consider you lucky. cop coulda been more of a dick.

lesson of the day. street racing=bad. but if you intend on doing it anyways, know your surroundings so you could successfully escape.

i take it this was with the vitara setup? we need another socal meet.

hmm just had a thought... maybe they only charged with so little because they aren't 100% sure they have the right guy? You could play that card, you never know you might come out with nothing if you play the "I don't know what the ---- your talking about..." card. Then again if they have proof you'll be double fucked :1
