what every you do, don't wait nine months before the lady finds out your suing her insurance. that happened to me, i rear ended this lady and everything was ok. my car was fucked but hers was ok, and then nine months later i get a call from my insurance company saying they are getting sued over a wreck they didn't even know about. that sucked.

definitely do something to get some cash for your pain...i wish i did a while back, i was fine after me and some friends got hit but a few days later my neck hurt and i didnt do anything about it

people make mistakes......why does eveyone feel the need to sue because their "neck" hurts. Unless you lost function of your lower torso, get money for your car and call it a day dont be one of those ----- faggots.
