ok.. this has nothing to do with the lady.. you need to get in contact with the guys insurance..

he hit her which caused her to hit you.. i.e. not her fault.

thats not a minor accident.... get ur *** down to the police station and ------- get in contact with the sherrif.. no one should have ------- left till the cops came.. thats just ------- retarded.. did you file a police report?

it's her fault for not allowing an adequate "cushion" zone. Similar situation involving my cousin.

my advise, total the car and then buy it back and then attempt to fix it. It's not that bad. Find some mexicans, they'll fix it pronto. I'm serious. My auntie got t-boned, some mexicans saw her car, offered their services, they pulled that ---- out. It was impacted were the center beam was like 6 inches in the car.

my guess is that it should be no more than 500 to buy it back. Maybe less. I'm not entirely sure though.

but yeah go get some ------' sky high quotes. When I crashed my old jag, I had a quote of 5-6k to repair it. Took it to a mexican shop explained I didn't want to spend a lot of money and didn't want to pay for new parts and it cost me 800. Overall decent work. Slacked off on a little prep but it turned out great for the most part.

500$ i payed 90$ for my 97 civic hatch back and it just needed a new bumper and radiator support. You gotta hassle the insurance company
