Good welder?

how is this for a welder. how many amps should a good one be? lookig to be able to weld exhausts and manifolds. thanks http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...7&category=632

I have a welder sort of like that, but you should look into one that has gas capabilities, for when you want to do more serious welding.
