Harmaline is a hallucenogen in and of itself, but not at the doses I took it. I forget if it is a MAOI or not. Selegiline only partially inhibits at low doses, then becomes a full MAOI at higher dosage.
Some phalaris has bufotenine, if forget the exact name for it but it is neither n,n-dimethytryptamine nor 5-MeO-etc. Lot of body load for me, or overawareness of my meatspace, I dislike. 2CB, for example, freaks me out.

And yeah, I looked into the phalaris on erowid. The only species with bufotenine and 5-MeO-DMT is philaris tuberosa, it also has DMT. 5-MeO-DMT is more potent than DMT but also doesn't produce the halluciinations (and I like the hallucinations). Philaris Arundinacea (the kind I'm growing) only has DMT.Check out:
