If you want to run the 8" or 9" wide slicks, you will need 8" wide rims to mount them on. Stock Honda steel wheels are 5" and the VX wheels are the same.

You can mount 8 inch wide slicks on stockies but its not gonna have full contact. I ran 22's on 13 steelies for 2 seasons back in the day. Lenso's are you best choice and nice and cheap
