Is This A Good Deal? Turbo Kit For My VR6

So I was searching CL and have been wanting to boost my hot ---- VR6. I know for a fact they're good for 500whp on stock internals and have probably the best flowing cylinder head known to man. I'm ready to buy a high quality set-up and think this is it. Here's the link.

Pretty siqqqq huh?

It even comes with a bov AND a diverter valve! I'm seriously gonna offer him more than his asking price at this point. They just don't make them like those baller CXRacing turbos anymore.

Do your timing chain first. You will decide you hate your car and sell it before you lose any money on the kit. :y

I think he's semi-kidding. CXracing = great cheap china charge piping kits and couplers and ICs, but their china turbos are a no-no. crx2211 is an argumentative -------, but he's not stupid about turbozzz.

first of all, not all of us VW owners are that way. dont stereotype, because you being part of the honda community, i think you should know better.

Disagree. While bright, I think crx2211 is a stereotypical Honduh owner and he doesn't know any better. His single saving grace is that he isn't a VW owner.

While I know my knowledgabilities don't compare to the great JD's; I do know enough that 99.99% of VW "tooners" have terrible taste and even worse engineering prowess. The rusty hood and stretched tire trends along with the tubular intake manifold are testaments to the ridiculousness that is the VW tooning rage atm. It's even worse than the horrid body kits you'll find on ~40% of the Honduh's.

And I'm not the stereotypical Honduh owner. I'm even worse haha. I own 2 DSM's. :o
I guess I used to be a masochist rofl. I've dealt with their ---- long enough though and am trying to get rid of them both asap. I now have me eyes on an old 240T. Anyone want to buy the cleanest 2ga AWD around :y ;D ;)? Has a GT32 turbo and some other cool ----. Will sell ass cheap just to distance myself from the DSM community. I have a 95 GST with a 6 bolt I want outta here too.

I don't see many bodykitted Hondas anymore. All that's dying off here.

Tis true. Thank God right. Same with underglows. I've seen an influx of monster tachs and terribly done HMT front lips though.

We were going to rust the hood on the black hornet.

Had to look up this rusted hood ----.

Amazing.

Notable quote:

Why is it that the [goofy/stupid/ugly/unique] trends always seem to be most apparent in the VW community? I like a lot of VW's, but I just can't understand why you'd want to do some of these modifications.
