good or bad idea
I have a 89 civic si i just rebulit the bottem end and had the head ported i am goning to use a probe turbo and tsi inter cooler d16y8 man. 2.5 charge pipe stock probe bov I just wanted to know if whould be ok

Welcome to the Forum.
I am a little bit confused as to the setup you are running, is a d16a6 or have you gotten an engine from a late model civic?
I think with that setup the 2.5 charge pipes will be too much, consider maybe 2 inch. I would also suggest going with another BOV, the ones that ford used weren't all that great. Pick up a nice use 1g dsm BOV, always a sure shot.

Sounds good to me, you don't need 2.5, but why not? what exhaust manifold are you using? also what ware you using for fuel management?
