a 12 second daily driven street car is pretty fast, a 12 second race car is pretty slow, yes, it does make a bit of difference.

keep in mind, japan is one of the most highly populated areas( )-with LOTS of cars, and there is 1 military base there and 1 in the mainland with americans on it. only the few americans who love the JDM parts will roam the junkyards filled with all of those lovely parts.
