Mushrooms would sometimes fracture my consciousness into 2 or three semi-independent parts. For example: Everyone is plotting against me/everyone is plotting against me but it's okay because I can kill them at any time so it's amusing to watch them be ineffectual/WOW am I fucked up as a soup sandwich this is hilarious.

I remember taking good advice and sneaking a bottle of vodka to sip with percs when I had my wisdom teeth out at 13. It was a life-altering experiance and totally awesome. Mostly I remember stumbling over objects when walking through rooms, yet thinking 10 seconds before I got to the object, "Okay... You're not going to fall over this!".

Due to the pot and illegal activities going on in the residence, along with the poor environment, I was completely paranoid. I imagined blue flashing lights in the windows, and was positive that there were cops/neighbors at the door knocking to come in. Then, I had this epiphany that psychoactives were bad because once you lose touch with reality, there's no coming back until the drug decides it has ran its course. Maybe flipping out is some sort of instinctive reaction to losing control.
Anyway, the peak sucked, and once I started touching back to earth it was great and enjoyable.
I've never considered the fact that I could kill whoever is plotting against me. I'll try to work that in next time, although I can see that ending poorly also.
