Going back to cali....(not Japan)

Well we're going back to Cali. for about 6months but no more than a year.
The buisness has been sold but we took a little loss so its off to work I go for a while to pay off some bills.Im really looking forward to getting back there but Im glad I wont be staying too long. After growing up there,I miss the place.I miss In-n-out burger,Fatburger,Shakys pizza and all the bomb ass food out there. My son is allready asking me to take him to Dysneyland too ::) :P.But I dont expect to call it home again. Its just wayyy to expensive to try and live there or buy a house. The only reason Im going back is couse well be staying with my sister and it wont cost me anything to live there(other than food and ----) and Ill be making twice of what they pay out here for my line of work.

Were driving back sometime next week.Im looking forward to the road trip ^-^

The VW project is going on hold but I hope to pick up a 89-95 toyota pick up and boost it while im out there.Unless I find a Hatch first :P

So all you So.Cal bitches, well have to get together again some time while Im out there.

haha Josh, Hey Raf it's cool you'll be going back to your hometown for a while. Alot can change in 6 months, and I'm sure you'll figure things out along the way.

What hapend was that Justin(Doc.Boost) was rite.Buisness and family dont mix.My brother and I were at each others thoat 1/2 the time.It just wasnt working out so we decided to call it quits. It was a good ride while it lasted but sometimes money cant compensate for a shitty work enviornment.Im loosing about $30k on this deal but hey its just money........ :-\

Plus we were working 14-15 hour days 6 days a week and I hardly ever got to see my son.I would usually see him for 1 hour a day.He got dropped off at 9am and was usually sleeping when we picked him up.Too much stress!

Im ready to go back to being just an average shitbag beaner electrician. That was a good life. ;)

Just as Steve said. I've never lived there but for the one week I was there....$$$$. Hot damn, can't even find a house for under 100k that would be considered condemned property. Smog checks, theft, people..people and more people. It's all about the midwest. Ice cube said it best.
No barkin from the dog, no smog
And momma cooked a breakfast with no hog
I got my grub on, but didn't pig out
Finally got a call from a girl I wanna dig out

Yup Raf, it's like this everyday. Population of my town is 22k. Can park my hatch and all leave all the windows down and doors unlooked all day everyday. Laid back atmosphere. And traffic...ahhh..whats that. Plus don't worry about seeming out of place. We have a pretty good amount of hispanic folks up here so you wouldn't be chillin with a bunch of honkies and some injens. For like a 800k house out there, it'd be like 200k out here. I ---- you not. Just an idea. I tried pursuading Julio but that nigga ain't cracking yet. :P

Yes I'm keeping my house.Im not even going to try and lease it.I allrady made one financial mistake.Im not about to sell my house wich is paid off to go take on a 400k loan for a 2 bedroom,1 bath 800 sqft house. Now that would just be stupid! But there are alot of foreclousures. If I could find one cheap(under 150k) I'd jump on it and then rent it out ;).

Since the huracane hit,North Texas has taken on 400k new residents. They are giving them preference on all jobs >:(
Its bullshit if you ask me couse we live here and both my wife and I need work but we cant get a job right now couse were not "refugees" ::).So we figure well go back for a while, make some money, get out of the hole and then come back and hope that by them most of these "refugees" have gone back to there ------- state.

Im happy here in Texas. It just as you described it.Hell,I live in an all white neighborhood in a golf/country club community.I've fallen asleep with my garage door open and my quad sitting on my trailer just waiting to be hook up to and driven away.I dont have to worry about leaving my doors unlooked.----,the other day I fell asleep and left the windows on my truck down with my gun on the seat(not too smart) :o.The more I think about it the more I dont want to go back....but I need to.At least for a while :-\

I remember when the best man got the job, and there was no special treatment for anybody. And nobody gives a rats ass that a resident is being pushed out be refugees, because the only thing that matters is if the refugees get an even easier ride from here on out. ::)

Last I heard, alot of the refugees were planning on staying in Texas. :-\ Pretty soon it'll be time to move to Bangor, Maine. :-X

im in texas(san antonio).we got "refugees" staying here in a few different spots.just this morning while going out to eat breakfast i passed up one of their camping grounds and there was a huge group of them chillin under some trees and drinking 40's.no ----.thats how it's been since they got here.they seem contempt living in a building, eating free and drinking as much as they want.why leave?...i don't care what they do as long is it dont effect taxes to damn much.i could probly snap some pix next time i drive by.lol

Re: Going back to cali....(not Japan)

^^LOL!But your rite. They probably wont leave.Just the other day they handed out $4k debit cards to a bunch of them.FEMA is allso paying their rent(those that want to get ahead) till they find work.

Then there are the ones like you mentiond that will stay at the many shelters and trade their debit cards for $200 so they can have a good time......"$20 crack viles and 40s for everyone!Iz be buy-n!" :P

side note:My wife just called me and said she saw the mayer of "Nawww-lens" pimping down at the Galeria Mall.Must be nice ::)

the 1st 2 sentences remind me of the dad in "American History X". He got shot in the movie and his son became a crazy Nazi skin head, that is till he went to jail and his homie was that funny black guy who kept saying "AIgght".
