you sir are correct. the automatic indicatior just dont light up cause its missing the harness. the auto EX cluster are usually cheaper than the manual ones. and hey iam a cheap ***, i wait for good deals. they call me the "Deal Hunter" they wanted $500 for a y8 tranny at the junkyards around here and the guy i got the cluster from wanted $500 for one too. they usually go for $300 or more on ebay.

its hard for me to stop using the mph gauge to judge redline. 1st redline is 47-8mph 2nd gear is 72-73 and 3rd is right before 115mph. my gauge is 2-4mph fast but i shift at those points when i see em.

Those trans' are $45 at the u-pull-it around me.

get to pulling homes and sell them on ebay, you cant make less than $300 on it. they charge $75 on trannies at our pull it yard but they dont have any EK civics there. reminds me of the time i got my exedy clutch kit for $35shipped when it usually goes for $100ish.

The Mexicans stripped the u-pill-it dry over Christmas. I KNEW I should have bought that trans off the motor I pulled instead of throwing it through an Accord windshield
