Yeah I just got home, and I just blew 2nd and 3rd. If I was racing I would take it like nothing, ----. But I was turning to my street doing 30mph maybe in 2nd, then shifted to 3rd at around 45mph and it poped out. I was like okay that's weird. Put it back in, it just revs. ----!!! Got home in 4th gear. Then after parking I tried to put it in 2nd, it won't even go in.

I guess the transmission did'nt like the 300whp and 300 lb/tq. Damn.....

So I need something done.

JDM STi gearset + install = $2000

STi US trans = $4000

Or take everything out and trade the bitch in. ----.....

At least I still have the civic.....

id trade it in, ---- it if it cant handle the power. you would deffinatly be hurt if you droped 4k on a tranny and it did the same again.

why buy the bottom line model and try to make it like the top line model? you know those trannies cant take power for ----, yet you still try to make it take the power

Don't buy ---- until you pull it off and look at it. You very easily could have just shattered the pressure plate or be having other woes. If there is one thing I have learned through cars is never to count your chickens before they hatch. Maybe it is gears afterall, but just take one thing at a time.

I hope the problem is minor. The thought of spending 1/3-1/4 of the car's value to repair the gear box SUCKS big time. Best of luck.
