i just bought the car today. 94 ex 4 door. Im not going to transfer it to my name till all this ---- clears up. Ill post pics in a couple of minutes though. Clean car.

agreed. just because she can sue you when she did doesnt mean that shes a shoe-in for getting yo ----. two years is an awful long wait for back pains. anything could have happened in that time to make her back ---- up. bike riding, heavy lifting, gang bang of the alabama black snake.......

my friend is going through somethign similar. she was at a dead stop in her car and she was hit head on in the rear by a jeep cherokee. her car was totaled and he car in front of hers was nearly totaled. he was cited 65 by the staties. she felt fine that day and went to the hospital that night. the next day she was in pain. she went to a chiropractor and has had needed physical therapy. i guess a disk in her lower back was damaged pretty bad and the boes in her back and neck are out of alignment. shes pretty much suing the guy for the damages and expecting a large settlement from it. its factual that she was hurt and needed these things done. if the woman you hit can prove that she was harmed in this accident, then i ithink your gonna need a good lawyer
i dont necessarily agree that suing someone is right, but sometimes ---- happens

Yea....this sorta thing happened w/ my step-sister....this lady put on her left turn signal and then when she went to go around her she turned right into her, step-sister went for the ditch and barely touched the car, but the moron like 1.5 yrs later sued for 'whip-lash'.....come to find out this lady didn't even work she just pulled one of these every 2 yrs and sued for it....yet another reason why ppl. suck and should be shot

1 Don't write in public that you bought a car and are not putting it in your name - just incase

2 If the front of your car was totally destroyed like the way you described, it is very possible that she has had some type of back pain. Remember how useless and out of shape most women are when it comes to getting knocked around. If there are any pictures of the front of your car floating around it will look really bad in court. Not everybody knows that the front of all import cars are made of tinfoil.

Rotary - get a PI to video tape her day to day activities. He might get lucky and get her lifting some boxes, etc.
