a friend is sorta in the same situation. he was speeding on a road at night that turned into gravel and then had a real sharp turn, there was no sign saying gravel ahead. he wrecked his car and rolled it several times. well two years later he gets a ticket for 3000$ i have no clue what they charged him for to get it that expensive. but he just got it this week. i would definitly get a lawyer, because if not you will get assraped by stupid ---- if she has a lawyer.

eh...thats right , if you don`t have no assest then theres no point for her to sue u for $.

my ex-neightbore he actually killed some guy in a car accident, the family tried to sue for $ but their lawyer found out they are too broken to even have a good running car.

this was honestly the best advice of any given... its how they bust those people who are claiming disability and ----, and you could also counter sue for false accusations and/or defamation of character.

and yeah, anything you legally own can be collected as partial/full payment until they see fit. (cars, boats, bank accounts.. yadda yadda)

if she wasnt seen by a doctor within the first 2 weeks after it happened you'll get off w/out paying. reasonable doubt is your friend, remember she has to prove you're liable, you dont have to prove anything
