Im selling an amplifier on ebay, the auction ended today and on the last minnute some kid with -1 feedback bids on my item and "his mom" sends me a message saying they're unable to buy the item because her kid loged onto ebay and bid. i wish i could beat that ******* ***. I hope the other guy accepts the second chance offer

Can you make it so that people with a rating of say, 5 and higher, can only bid?

I left negitive feedback and reported both accounts they used to do this. I wish i could punch them both..

yeah that ---- happened to me three times on the same item... it was such a pain in the ***, and the excusses are the worst part, one guy told me his house burnt down... hmmm... but his internet still worked, and it didnt seem to slow him down from buying three other items two days later... ebay is full of fucktards
