One day the people in California will wake up and move, or give the shithole to Mexico. By the time the Mexeez or this type of communism comes to MN, I'll snort hallow points.

Trust me IM out of here once I finish my 2nd degree. The fact i cant even drive a honda down the street without pissing my pants is well just downright pathetic

I dont even street race. But the law says that they can search any vehicle if it looks has if it is not street legal which means basically if you have a aftermarket cd player to replace your old broken factory one they have the right to seacrh your car

No way would the banks let the police flush their money down the drain. The entire ------- country would fall because banks would lose their *** which would bring interest rates up and nobody could even afford to live anymore. How many cars do you think get crushed in a year?

I get what boost is saying. The bank still has a loan on the car so the cops are destroying someone elses property. It would be like going and renting a car and racing it. Then they crush it even though it's not yours.

I'm sure they don't crush the ones that have leans against them.

1000's. trust me its happening. I just went to the yard that does the picking up of ricers from the city I live in. They are all being either sold at auction or crushed

He said that he gets atleast 2-3 day. The city has around 120k

In LA im sure its a 100+ a day

Again its nothing new this has been happening for a couple years now. If you have an ebay intake the have the right to impound the car for 30 days

A swap your car is gone

Nope they destory what they fell like call the chp and see the answer you get. I doubt to many kids have cars that are paid for

Again california does what they fell like. Does it seem legal that they can have side road smog tests and if your car doesnt pass smog they impound the car and require you to go to a smog ref that is if your car is stock

Thats been going on since the 90's

They just had a huge thing on the news here about the loan etc if the car is taken away. The answer given by the state spokesperson was clearly you broke the law,the car is now ours. Street racing or modifying a car here is looked upon has a violent crime

Majority do not end up in auctions anymore due to people rebuying back their cars or friends doing it for them, this si what was common practice when these awas first passed a couple years back. This is why they just crush them now

Do some good ole searches on google this is common

My buddy Joe goes out and buys himself a $50,000 car and we take it out street racing. Cops bust Joe and crush his car. Joe owes $50,000 on the car that is now DESTROYED and the loan company eats $50,000 because the cops DESTROYED THEIR property. No ------- way can this happen. If I go out and buy a $250,000 house and grow pot in it and get busted, the cops can't destroy my home. It's not my home. If they destroy the home, they're ------- over the bank, not me. There is no way they can take property and destroy it like that. Maybe in certain circumstances where the car is paid for and 100% owned by the ricer and most of the ---- on the car was stolen. They can't just take ANYBODYS car and crush it. The banks wouldn't let this ---- happen because they would go bankrupt.

Im pretty sure they wouldnt crush a car worth a certain amount of $$ , but they would definatly take it away.

it would probably be sent off to the police impound lot for auctioning.

But a riced out pos, its getting crushed
