Texas ------ sucks plain and simple. Nothing but rednecks low income and a crappy life. The only thing I dislike about california is the smog laws but that just makes you build a race car. I drive a truck everyday now repping a crx daily driving when your 27 is kinda lame.

Low income comes with inexpensive cost of living. We have nicer roads than a lot of California (except downtown =( ), and as long as you're in one of the big cities (Houston, Dallas, etc), life is pretty good. Then agian, if you live in a small hick town it won't be much different from Cali, except for the accents you hear.

California is one of the largest economies in the world by itself hence why things cost more. Texas is good for shitty music and lame rappers who think life is hard in redneck ville. Ive been to Texas it sucks and is full of God living simple minded fools who think a guy 2000 years ago had all the answers. I prefer a place with nice weather,logic and mexicans that can fill my belly for 5 bucks w/a cherry coke.

I'll give on the shitty music w/ lame rappers. But how can you single out Texas as being the retarded "The Bible is my Everything" places? I'm sure most of the places along the Gulf east of Texas are even worse. And you talk about nice weather? 6 of the top 10 most polluted cities in the US are in California, and the top 5 are ALL in California. Perhaps you prefer the smaller temperature swing year round, but I'd also like some oxygen with my CO. And there's plenty of cheap food here, as well as the expensive high class ---- (which I admittedly know nothing about, being a poor atheist sand ------).

in my opinion california is a shithole in every way.
california is going down the ******* slowly.
there are lots of wealthy people in texas, and i believe dallas has the most corporate headquarters anywhere in the world.
not to mention you can get a kick *** house, brick, marble, pool, big *** lot or even land for 200k. you can't get a ------- tiny 500sq ft house where a murder just happend in the middle of Crime Infester Illegal Immigrant Rd.

Unless you have been here I can tell you for a fact that that house you described will cost more than 200k. Try $350-$400k. Dallas has a very high crime rate and the traffic is the worst in the nation. The roads are good because they are all made of concrete because asphault would ------- melt because its so ------- hot here! Now they are trying to build houses like that in Oak Cliff but the bullet proof vests will cost you extra. And the HOA require you to own at leat one Donk
