It was open a bit but it didn't look like it was open enough to have just been rammed by a speeding car.... lol although i supose that makes a lot more sence than that **** just going strait up through the fence.

maybe he hit the gate and it bouned back and closed. ot the fence was loose and pulled up when he drove under it
