Right now I'm driving a 95 prelude s as a daily driver, which is fine for what it is, but I'm looking into geting a crx to do some work on. I was wondering which would be a better route: buying one from a police impound or buying one from a private seller.

This should be a no ------- brainer. if a car is in good condition and cheap then buy it bitch. check both and go ---- yourself ;)

Buy it from the pound, just make sure their are no fees due on it. you could find some cheap as hell, but sometimes you could find one from a private seller for just as cheap. Look around.
