I couldn't make a whole lot of sense out of your post but if the head isn't ported and polished I wouldn't really call it built. A mediocre cam with upgraded valvesprings and retainers isn't really a big upgrade. Now if it was a fat cam...I could understand.

I would be shocked to see aftermarket springs in an a6 head because there not needed unless your running a monster of a cam
