after lawyer fees, you get 25 cents. Seriouslly... my mom went with 1 of these things on some baby formula she gave my brother. She was awared $1200, but after the lawyers got their cut, she only for $85. Lawyers are greedy theieves, dont waste your time... only the lawyers will profit from you.

as far as I know the money awarded to consumers (roughly $67 million) is after all the costs. The states involved with the class action suit won way more than that, and the $67 million was what was left over.
