Ya rentals are cool, the ring is basically a toll road with no speed limit, but after everylap you have to exit and start again...but the weather here is kind of shitty so it may be closed till it get a little warmer. I'll find out for you though. Cross the bridge from Amsterdam Central station, and follow the canals right. There be more hookers and you can handle. Have fun in skanksterdam.
