How does that apply to the current situation in Israel and Lebanon? It's a war that was planned long before the soldiers were kidnapped and just another excuse to occupy more arab land. Over 1000 civilians have been killed by Israelis in Lebanon, Israeli casualties? MUCH less civilians and MOSTLY Israeli soldiers killing/or about to kill Lebanese civilians.
