gauge manufactures
 

im starting to run low on funds and its coming time to buy the gauges. i was thinking boost, oil pressure and a/f ratio. i had originally planned to buy all defi, but thats when i had the money so.... what do you guys think about autometer. they have so many god damn different product lines, im not sure which are better or if there all the same. any advice would be great.

Can't go wrong with Autometer. Good guages no matter what your budget.

autometer, faze is ALRIGHT, not the best, and turnertoys are good, but expensive :-\

which line would u reccomend. i like the clean look of the z-series. i just dont want to buy the gauges and have the boost gauge not read correctly, etc.

go aith autometer, one of the better brands out there, not too expensive, look good and reliable.

defilink gauges are expensive. i dont want to spend more on 2 gauges then i did my turbo

Autometer's are the best, everything else is rice ;)

I have 4 autometer phantoms and they all work great. The Faze gauges are just sunpro renamed for the rice crowd.

Hey don't forget AC Autotechnic. Lol I have 2 of those but am looking to switch because the boost guage doesn't read correctly :P

Get the z series boost and oil pressure. The air/fuel is worthless, so just buy those two.

I'm using autometer ultralite gauges and they do the trick for what they cost. Defi gauges are for big ballers. 8)

ebay is your friend. for the afr gauge i picked up a sunpro
afr gauge at auto zone for $27. and it works great. i had to paint the bezel black cause it was chrome but everything else was top notch.

DEFI gauges are straight up baller ----, I cant afford 200 dollars on 1 gauge, haha. They are by far the cleanest looking gauges on the market

Me personally, I use 1 gauge, and its a big autometer boost gauge. =)

I have a boost and water temp gauge from Autometer, phantom series. They look pretty good and read well.

Autometer is a good bet b/c they arn't shitty, but they are not gonna make you mortgage the house.

Yeah autometer is best bang for the buck, excellent reliable gauges but not fancy as can be. Apex'I, HKS, Greddy etc also have gauges.
