yeah no ----... they are "reviewing the hazards materials standards" or whatever... i feel 100% save letting that guy keep his job, as long as there is no drugs or alcohol in his system of course, sounds to me he turned his life around almost 10years ago and has jumped threw every hoop to get all his licenses and ----... whatever....i dont ------ care people are retarded and want to use a scapegoat...

just point out that he got cought with heroin, and has since proved he was competent... the Bush did coke, and hasnt proved he is competent and they let him run the county

How many times do I have to say: ---- california.

I saw something on the news today about an estimated 1,000,000 (million) illegals in LA alone. Holy ---- that's a lot of Mexicans.

California, mexicans, stolen ----, high prices, smog/carb, regulations, etc etc no thanks.

I bet the driver ---- his pants going off the bridge. He needs to lose his job, and bringing up heroine from 8 years ago was stupid. I bet if they drug tested him again he will still test positive for some crap. I don't have a problem with some drugs and do them myself, but I don't drive a shitload of fuel and decide to take it off a bridge. He doesn't need the job.

the guy went through an FBI background check, how much more strict could you get. you def have to have your ---- together if you wanna make it through that. it took my mom 6months to get her clearance to work on the information systems for AEGIS class cruisers, and that was just lockheed martin doing the background check

so you are saying that you have never made a mistake at work?? and if you have made a mistake at work you should be fired immediately this guy drives for a living, logging probably 50x more miles a year than the average person, odds are he's gonna get in an ACCIDENT, key word: ACCIDENT.

Yes, I've never caused any monetary damage at work. It might have been an accident, but I'm sorry, there's NO WAY in ------- hell that the accident wasn't preventable. I didn't say fire him without a reason, an investigation is obviously necessary. If he tests positive for drugs, or was speeding, or anything other than an a mechanical failure or 100mph gust of wind throwing him off the side of the highway...then fire his ***. Like I said, I do drugs, but never would while I'm hauling something like that. If it was mechanical failure, anyone with sense would have made sure people knew. The fact that it's believed he was going too fast for the curve makes me think it's his fault. When they finish the investigation I'm sure they'll find him at fault.

Trucks don't drive themselves off the side of the highway. Even if it was an 'accident', if someone accidentally drove into your house would you want them to continue driving through your neighborhood?
