------- Gamefly
So back in Dec. I signed up for a free 30 day trial of game fly and got some games I didn't feel like wasting a disc on as I would play them once and never again. Decided to cancel and no biggie. Today I get a game in the mail and I'm like wtf. Go on there and sure enough they had sent it on purpose. Check my bank account and they charged me for Jan and now Feb and just sent me out another game (the one I just got).
They have "no record of my cancellation". WTF. If I file a dispute what's the chances of getting it overturned? That's a pretty shoddy way to handle business.

With a CC you decline it. You don't pay and they work to get their money back. If your bank will do the same do it and threaten to report them for purposely continuing business after cancling their service.
i had stamps.com do the same ---- to my paypal when i downloaded the new adaware version. i told her to stop trying to ------- sell me your product and cancel the subscription, took 30mins to get my point across.
my brother went through the same ---- with frreecreditreport.com they charged him 10 month for a free trial and it took him about an hour and a holf of yelling over the phone to get his money back and stop them from billing him

It's not based on some separate company that sneakily forces you to sign up for credit monitoring, you can go there and pull a free report from the 3 agencies once a year.
