Also, if that lady did in fact state in the auction that it was for the pictures only, then she did not scam. It's wrong and dirty, but not a scam.

No ---- that. That dumb ass should have read what she was bidding on. I would file a lawsuit against the plaintiff and Judge Judy. When you sign up for eBay and bid it is a LEGAL BINDING CONTRACT. The judge ignored that completely. Yes the girl was being sneaky, that's besides the point.

I lost all respect I could have ever had for judge Judy.

I lost respect a while back... some case where two ghetto ass dirty chicks said their neighbor hit their car and took off. The woman was at work, and yet Judge Judy ruled in favor of the ghetto ass chicks.

Also note, the paint left on the ghetto people's car was yellow, and the womans car was white with no damage on the car whatsoever :S ::)

lol, well I can see it going both ways, the auction said "photo only", but it also says 4.9oz in the description. :l That's where she fucked up. She's a piece of ---- scammer, but still...

I think she deserved to lose the case, if she was gonna try to be a smart ass about scamming someone, she should ahve been smart enough not to list the weight of the item, I think she would have won if she would have left the weight out of the auction.

Well eBay, for popular items, list the item specs automatically unless you select for it not to. So that was the auto populate. On one hand yes morally she deserved to loose, on the other had if it said it was a picture it was a legal binding document. Now where it was listed at on eBay is another issue. If it was listed in the cell phone category then it was not listed correctly also. There are more things to this case that should have been brought out to have a correct judgement.
